Claudia Winkleman BBC Interview: A powerful insight into the effects of burn injuries in children
Claudia Winkleman has spoken for the first time about the serious injuries her eight year old daughter suffered following her Halloween costume catching fire last year. She bravely discusses some very powerful insights into the effects of burn injuries in children and also the effect it has had on her life.
Jennie Potts, Trustee of the Children’s Burns Foundation commented: “Claudia’s words are extremely powerful. Given the children that we’ve supported who’ve been injured because of the flammability of their fancy dress costumes, we will be putting our full weight behind a campaign to change legislation”.
